Phototoxicity Testing

This method used to determine the phototoxicity potential of topically applied product under occlusion to the skin of human panelists. Samples of your product are exposed to continuous long-wave UV-A spectrum ranging between 320 and 400 nm (peak 365nm) and skin response is compared with non-irradiated patching of an equivalent area.
